1) Do Kaylene registered members have 15% off for online purchase?
Yes! If you're an existing Kaylene member, email us at email@example.com so that we can send you an email to activate your account with member privileges!
If you are already signed up, just let us know in your email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can do the adjustments for you!
2) What if I change my mobile number?
Do email us at email@example.com to update your information.
3) What if it I'm a Kaylene member AND it is my birthday month?
Once we receive your purchase order and do a cross check with our system, we will proceed to refund you the additional 10% you should get!
4) How do I order if the designs I want are not on the website?
You can proceed to make your orders on Whatsapp at +(65) 9734 5198 OR on Instagram/Facebook @kayleneonline. Enquiries are welcomed too!
5) How do I track my parcel?
For local and international orders you can track your parcel by entering the tracking number given to you via email into this url link: www.aramex.com
6) What happens if my parcel is lost?
We will be able to contact the courier company on your behalf to check the status of the parcel and request for a compensation. Email firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your missing parcel.
7) What if I do not like my purchase, can I do an exchange?
Yes you may!
